Sign up with email, Google or Microsoft and verify your business.

  1. Go to app.flick.tools and choose Get started.
  2. Sign up with your work email, or continue with Google or Microsoft.
  3. Confirm your email address using the link we send you.

Tell us about your business

After you sign in, Flick asks a few questions so it can set up the right defaults:

  • Country where your business is registered
  • Legal name and trade name
  • Whether you are registered for VAT, and your tax registration number
  • What you sell — goods, services or both

These answers decide your default currency, VAT rates, chart of accounts and invoice layout. You can change all of them later in Settings → Company.

Verify your business

Before you can send e-invoices, we need to confirm that your business is who it says it is. You'll be asked to upload your trade licence and confirm the details of an authorised signatory. Verification usually completes within one business day.
