How Flick acts

Flick works in three modes, depending on what you ask:

1. Answer — reads your data and replies. Nothing changes.
2. Draft — prepares an invoice, entry or email and shows it to you. You choose Approve or edit it first.
3. Act — carries out an action you've allowed in your rules, such as posting a supplier bill under AED 1,000.

Every change Flick makes is listed in the activity log with what it did and why.
