Your data stays yours

• Your documents and ledger are used to answer your requests and to learn your preferences for your company only.
• Your data is not used to train general-purpose AI models.
• Flick AI only reads what your user role can read.

Where data is processed

Data is stored in the region chosen for your company. AI processing runs with providers under contract with Flick that don't retain your data for their own use.

Turning features off

Owners can switch off automatic posting, suggestions or Flick AI entirely in Settings → Flick AI. Every tool keeps working without it.
