Invite them

Invite your accountant with the Accountant role. They can review entries, make adjustments, lock periods and prepare VAT returns from their own login.

Or export

If your accountant uses their own software, go to Reports → Export and choose:

• Trial balance and general ledger as Excel or CSV
• All documents for a period as a ZIP file with an index
• A standard accounting export for the accountant's software
