Payment reminders

Remind customers automatically before and after the due date.

Updated

Go to Settings → Reminders to set up a reminder schedule. A typical schedule is:

  1. 3 days before the due date — a friendly heads-up
  2. On the due date
  3. 7 days overdue
  4. 21 days overdue — firmer tone, with a statement attached

Each reminder includes a link to pay online. You can turn reminders off for specific customers.
