Quotes

1. Go to Bills → Quotes → New quote.
2. Add the customer, lines and an expiry date.
3. Choose Send. The customer gets a link where they can accept or decline.

When a quote is accepted, choose Convert to invoice. You can invoice the full amount, a percentage as a deposit, or selected lines.

Statuses

• Draft — not sent yet.
• Sent — waiting for the customer.
• Accepted or Declined — the customer responded online, or you marked it.
• Expired — the expiry date passed with no response.
• Invoiced — fully converted to one or more invoices.
