Is a PDF invoice an e-invoice?
No. An e-invoice is structured data sent between systems. Flick creates both — the e-invoice for compliance and a PDF for people to read.
Do I need a separate e-invoicing provider?
No. Flick is an accredited Peppol Access Point, so e-invoicing is built in.
What if my customer isn't on Peppol?
Flick reports the invoice where required and emails the customer a PDF. See Send an e-invoice.
Can I keep sending invoices from my old tool?
You can, but you'd need that tool to be connected to an accredited provider. It's simpler to send everything from Flick.
How long are e-invoices stored?
For as long as you have an account, and you can export them at any time. Keep them for the period your tax rules require.
