Import contacts and products

Bring in customers, suppliers and products from a spreadsheet.

Updated

  1. Go to Settings → Import and choose Customers, Suppliers or Products.
  2. Download the template, or upload your own spreadsheet — Flick AI maps your columns.
  3. Check the preview. Rows with problems are highlighted with the reason.
  4. Choose Import.

Existing records are matched by tax number or email, so you can re-import to update details without creating duplicates.
