Activity log and audit trail
See every change made by people, Flick AI and connected apps.
Updated
Every create, edit, approval and deletion is recorded in the activity log. Open it from Books → Activity or from the history tab on any document.
What each entry shows
- Who made the change: a person, Flick AI, a rule, or a connected app
- When it happened
- What changed, with the before and after values
- For Flick AI, the reason it gave — for example "Matched to supplier by TRN and previous 6 bills"
Undo
Changes to drafts can be undone from the log. Posted entries are never edited in place — Flick creates a reversing entry so your history stays intact.
Export
Accountants and Owners can export the log as CSV for any date range.
