Bank feeds and reconciliation
Match bank transactions to invoices, bills and expenses β mostly automatically.
Updated
Reconciliation confirms that what's in your books matches what happened in your bank.
How it works
- Transactions arrive from your bank feed or an uploaded statement.
- Flick AI suggests a match for each one: an open invoice, a bill, a transfer between your accounts, or a new expense.
- Confirmed matches are reconciled. High-confidence matches can be reconciled automatically if your rules allow.
Reconcile
Go to Books β Bank and choose an account.
- Match β accept Flick's suggestion.
- Find β search for the invoice or bill yourself. You can match one transaction to several documents, or the reverse.
- Create β record a new expense or income directly from the transaction, such as bank fees.
Checking your balance
The balance at the top shows your statement balance and your Flick balance. When both match, the account is reconciled to that date.
