Flick Tools is a growing toolkit that helps small and medium businesses run on workflows that last. Flick connects to your tax authority, your banks, your ERP and the other tools and MCP servers you use; you configure how each workflow runs, and Flick AI carries out the steps. Every tool shares one set of data: your company, customers, products and ledger. Open the Toolkit menu to see the tools available today.

E-invoicing runs through every tool: every invoice, receipt and sale leaves in the format your tax authority requires. Use Flick Tools on the web, or with the Flick app on iOS and Android.

Both are built around Flick AI, an assistant that reads your documents, drafts entries and answers questions about your numbers. You can work with it in the app, or connect your own assistant (Claude, ChatGPT and others) through the Flick MCP server.

How the pieces fit together

1. Documents come in — sales you make, bills from suppliers, bank transactions, receipts.
2. Flick AI reads each one, recognises the customer or supplier, and suggests how to record it.
3. You approve, or let rules approve for you. Approved items are posted to Books.
4. Invoices that need to be e-invoices are sent through our accredited Peppol Access Point automatically.
