Forward bills by email and WhatsApp

Email

Your company has a unique address, shown in Inbox → Email address. It looks like yourcompany@in.flick.tools.

• Forward bills to it, or ask suppliers to send bills there directly.
• Each attachment becomes its own document. The email body is kept as a note.
• Add the address as an auto-forward rule in Gmail or Outlook for a hands-off setup.

WhatsApp

1. Go to Inbox → WhatsApp and add your phone number.
2. Save the Flick number to your contacts.
3. Send photos or PDFs. You can add a caption like "client lunch, project Marina" and Flick adds it as a note.

Only registered numbers can send documents to your company.
