Send an e-invoice
How invoices go out over Peppol and what Flick checks first.
Updated
You don't need a separate step β create and send an invoice as usual. When the customer is on Peppol, or e-invoicing is required, Flick sends it as an e-invoice.
Before sending, Flick checks
- Your and your customer's tax identifiers are present and valid
- Every line has a VAT category and rate
- Totals and VAT add up exactly
- Required fields for the customer's country are filled in
If something's missing, Flick tells you exactly which field and suggests the fix. Nothing is sent until the invoice passes.
Customer not on Peppol yet
Flick still reports the invoice where the rules require it, and emails the customer a PDF with a link. When they join Peppol, future invoices go to them as e-invoices automatically.
