Activity log and audit trail

Every create, edit, approval and deletion is recorded in the activity log. Open it from Books → Activity or from the history tab on any document.

What each entry shows

• Who made the change: a person, Flick AI, a rule, or a connected app
• When it happened
• What changed, with the before and after values
• For Flick AI, the reason it gave — for example "Matched to supplier by TRN and previous 6 bills"

Undo

Changes to drafts can be undone from the log. Posted entries are never edited in place — Flick creates a reversing entry so your history stays intact.

Export

Accountants and Owners can export the log as CSV for any date range.
