Users and roles

Each role in short:

• Owner — everything, including plan, billing and closing the company.
• Admin — everything except plan and billing.
• Accountant — Books, bank, VAT, reports, period locking. Can view Bills.
• Sales — customers, products, quotes and invoices. Cannot see bank, expenses or reports.
• Submitter — upload bills and receipts, submit expense claims, see their own submissions.

Change or remove access

Go to Settings → Users, choose the person and change their role or choose Remove. Their past actions stay in the activity log.
